This policy is applicable to (United Kingdom) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping On Orders to the UK.

* There is an additional delivery surcharge for the following areas:

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, and the following postal code areas: BT, FK, KA (1-26, 29, 30), PA (1-19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PH (19-40, 49, 50).

Please kindly contact us before ordering from these areas or we will send you a message about the surcharge after your order.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 04:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Policy for Manicure Table Designers‘Choices 

The product selected by the designer takes 6-8 weeks to be delivered. Firstly, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm if you are aware that the delivery time for this product is 6-8 weeks. After clicking 'Confirm', we will start the production process. After production is completed, we will take photos of the product and send you a second email. When the product is sent to the UK, we will take a photo and send you a third email. This process allows you to have a clear understanding of your product at all times. Where is the product, so you can rest assured.


D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@beautyu.co.uk.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
